1. Contractual Relationship and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the browser extension, future native desktop applications, AdBlock Network's edge DNS infrastructure, and the website adblock.network (collectively referred to as the 'Software' or 'Services'). By installing the extension or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these clauses. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not install or use the software.

2. Software License Agreement (Freemium and Premium)

Juan Romero Domínguez grants the user a software license subject to the following conditions:

• Personal and Non-Transferable Use: The license granted (for both the "Freemium" and "Premium" tiers) is for individual, private, non-commercial, and non-transferable use. Resale, distribution, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or decompilation of the extension is strictly prohibited.
• Freemium Tier: Allows the use of basic local filtering rules for generic ad servers on a single device.
• Premium Tier: Grants access to advanced filtering rules (malware/phishing protection, manufacturer telemetry blocking, gambling, and adult content control) with live synchronization. Usage is limited to the maximum number of browsers/sessions specified at the time of purchase and linked to the registered email account.

3. Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation Policy

AdBlock Network Premium licenses operate via an automated monthly or yearly recurring subscription:

• Billing Ecosystem: All payment processing, bank data storage, and renewal controls are handled through the secure infrastructure of ExtensionPay (license processor) and Stripe (secure payment gateway).
• Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew, and the corresponding fee for the chosen plan (monthly/yearly) will be charged to your registered payment method.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time autonomously via the license management panel provided by ExtensionPay within the extension. Cancellation will stop future auto-renewals, while maintaining Premium functionality until the expiration of the currently paid period.

4. Disclaimer Regarding Browser Technical Limitations

AdBlock Network operates at the browser level and relies entirely on the technical architecture provided by web browser developers (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, etc.). Therefore, it is stipulated that:

The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties that it will block 100% of malicious or unwanted network elements, as ad domains and bypass techniques are constantly evolving.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Juan Romero Domínguez to any user for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use or inability to use the software shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the user for the subscription to this software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed in their entirety by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes, conflicts, or legal claims arising from the use of this software or this website, both parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time due to regulatory changes or product updates. Changes will be posted in this section with the last updated date. Your continued use of the software after such changes take effect constitutes your tacit acceptance of the new terms.
